Hello Everyone,
It has been a long and hectic day here. Mondays are my busiest day at the office. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and I hope Santa bought you everything that your little hearts desired!
I’m not one to brag, but the hubs is taking me back to New York for our anniversary! We were married there last spring, and I am obsessed with everything NYC. It’s the most spectacular city in the world! I promise to take lots of photos, and I will share the entire trip with you guys via instagram!
Now back to whats really important, the clothes! This is the outfit that I will be rocking for NYE. Comfy and chic! I got this fab, selfie tee from my favorite Baton Rouge boutique, Hey, Penelope! Her designs are absolutely adorable, and I LOVE everything in her store! The blazer is from another favorite of mine, Court & Layne Boutique in Gonzales, LA. I paired these with a staple, leather pant and nude, open toe booties. I used red lipstick and painted my nails red to add a pop of color!
If you love this outfit, I have some great news for you! Hey, Penelope will be giving away a free tank to one lucky reader! You can enter to win by signing up below. You can also enter by sharing this post and following myself and Hey, Penelope on Instagram and Facebook! Good Luck!
Beautiful! I love how you styled this tee! I’m a huge fan of Hey, Penelope 🙂
Yay, an anniversary trip to NYC…best gift ever! (Yes, I’m a tiny bit biased;-) Where in the city were you guys married? My hubs and I were married on the rooftop of the Surrey Hotel on the Upper East Side, then headed to Central Park for a stroll in our wedding attire and pics. There’s something so magic about walking the city in your wedding dress, right?:-)
We were married at Bethesda Terrace and took a 1960’s taxi around the city for photos after! It was magical! It’s almost like you feel famous because everyone stops to take pics of you with their phones! I loved every minute of it!
