The Easiest Pumpkin Dessert Your Entire Family Will Love
3 ingredients – Thats all you need – no really I’m serious.
One box of yellow cake mix
One can of pumpkin puree
Cream Cheese frosting
First, mix the yellow cake with the whole can of pumpkin puree (and nothing else- no eggs or oil or whatever the box says – ignore that part). Make sure to mix until all of the lumps are out. Set the oven to the temp that the box calls for. Put your mixture into a pan, and bake it for 10-15 minutes longer than the box states for the size pan you use. I used little loaf pans the last time, and I had to bake for approximately 45 minutes. I typically start checking it with a toothpick to make sure that the inside is cooked after 30 minutes and add 10 minutes each time until it is done.
Once it’s done baking, let it cool for a while then top it off with the cream cheese frosting! Its that simple!
I always refrigerate the leftovers since I’m not really sure if its okay to leave the pumpkin puree out. Enjoy!
