If you follow me on instagram, you know that we recently moved into a new house, and it has been my mission to create a minimal/rustic/cozy space. I’ve also been dying for a king sized bed for years, and I felt that a move into a new house would be a great time to make the change.
After choosing the perfect rustic/minimal bed, I began searching for a comfy mattress that I could look forward to sleeping on. When I started mattress shopping, I came across the Leesa® and was intrigued. It is direct to consumer and I didn’t’ have to worry about trying to pack a mattress into my car or dealing with pushy salesmen. It came so conveniently compressed in a box, shipped to our door, and a major plus was I was able to carry it on my own.
When you take it out the box it is wrapped up tightly in a plastic covering. Once you cut the plastic and remove it the mattress just puffs out to a normal size. It’s the coolest thing! After we took the Leesa® out and got the bed all set up we just laid back for a while to soak in the softness. This mattress is seriously the softest, most comfortable thing ever! It’s made with a hybrid foam (cooling foam, contouring memory foam, and supportive high-density foam). My husband says it has snoozability, and I have to agree as I have been sleeping so much better when I’m home lately.
I’m pretty sure the pups love it too. If Trey disappears throughout the day, I can always find him napping on the bed.
Another plus I’ve noticed that I wake up less throughout the night. Trey has these little puppy dreams. He barks and kicks his little feet like he is trying to run. It used to wake me up because when he does it, it usually shakes the bed, but since getting the Leesa®, I haven’t really felt it.
All in all I’d give the Leesa® an A+ on comfort, and I look forward to sleeping on it every night!
PS. You can now try out the Leesa® before you buy at West Elm stores!
