Go get your nails done: This is something that I truly love doing. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits to Nail Finiti. I’ve been going to the same salon for about 13 years now, and whether I’m going in for a polish change or a full mani-pedi, it’s always a relaxing time, and I always feel beautiful when I leave.
Take a bubble bath: This is an easy and inexpensive way to pamper yourself. I love a good bubble bath after a long stressful day, and I really like this scent.
Go buy yourself a gift: Go buy yourself some macaroons, a new outfit, some shoes, or even that designer bag you’ve been eyeing. There’s something you can do in every budget range.
Do a face mask: Face masks can be so much fun, and your skin usually feels great after. Here’s a mask you can get at the grocery store for $2.
Drink a beer or 3: This one is the most fun! If you prefer wine go for that. I’m a beer girl, and dark porters and stouts are my weakness. Don’t overindulge or you’ll feel worse the next day than when you started, but a drink or 2 is a great way to relax after long week.
Go for a walk or a run alone: Whatever you prefer. Going for a jog really helps to clear my mind and de-stress, and of course I feel better about myself knowing I got a good workout in.
